I provide aggressive and prompt representation to my clients. I have over 30 years of experience and know how to try lawsuits to the advantage of my clients. I endeavor to make each client feel as if they are my only client. There is no need to hire a lawyer from a big city where coming to you our area is an inconvenience. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to assess their case and needs. I then come up with a plan of action and obtain the client’s approval if I am retained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA degree from Maryville College. I received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis. I also take continuing legal education to stay current on changes in the law as well as improving my trial skills.
