About
I listen. I ask questions. I value my clients' experiences and where they are in the moment. I ask God to show me how to help. I realize that it could be one of my children or me needing help. So, I'm mindful that this person is at his or her deepest core no different than me. I am thankful that I have been blessed to have training and to have come through life with some skills to help.
Lately, I have been working with women of childhood sexual abuse and those grieving the lost of a loved one due to death or divorce. It's has been wonderful helping these women gain freedom from depression, anxiety, angry, and guilt.
