Frequently asked questions

Meeting with Clients. Reviewing their documents with them. Explaining options.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law for more than 30 years - helping people and small businesses on a broad spectrum of issues.
I have successfully tried cases in state and federal court - obtained million dollar verdicts and million dollar settlements.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically, for cases not involving personal injury, there is an initial consult fee of $250.00.
From there, the fee structure will depend upon the variables of each client's issue: how clear the liability; the complexity of the case; the damages involved and the ability of the other side to pay.
Fee structures can vary from a straight contingency, an hourly, or a hybrid of these.
I pride myself on working with every client to be as flexible as possible when it comes to fee arrangement.

Passing the Bar and going to Court for my clients.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am representing one client on some automobile repair issues (where he was treated terribly).
In just talking with him about life events completely unrelated to his case, he shared that his teenage son had a birthday coming up and he did not what to do.
I made a suggestion of how to spend the day - which turned out to be a HUGE hit. Next time we met, he was extremely grateful.
Just knowing I was able to help was very satisfying.
