Dave represent me in a custody case and a minor criminal case and it was the best decision I ever made. Hes prompt in replies (unlike many attorneys), professional, reliable, and exactly the person you want representing you in a courtroom. His primary objective was negotiating a fair and reasonable settlement in my custody case with my ex and because of him I now spend more time with my son. It was clear from the start that he was focused on finding a solution that worked best for me and not making a huge profit. We settled in mediation instead of dragging things into court where it would have cost thousands of dollars more. Hes reasonable and wont ever promise you something he cant do, and hes built such a good reputation with prosecutors and judges that he can negotiate deals with them ahead of time.
