This includes coordinating the payment of outstanding medical bills, obtaining any and all associated employment benefits and ensuring that all questions are answered along the way. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free phone consultation to make sure our law firm is a good match. From there, we schedule a face-to-face meeting, where we get to know all the details of the case. We like getting to know our clients & developing a relationship with them and our face-to-face meeting helps with that.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from Roger Williams School of Law.
