About Attorney Rick:
Attorney Rick started working in the legal field as a file clerk for Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre LLP, a large, widely-known law firm in New Orleans, Louisiana in 2006. During law school, he began working with Usry, Weeks & Matthews A.P.L.C. up until he graduated from Loyola University, College of Law in New Orleans, Louisiana. He subsequently returned to Pennsylvania and began working at a small neighborhood law firm as an associate attorney. In 2012, he began working at Roland Stock, a solid and well established law firm in Reading, PA handling family law and business law matters. In December of 2013, Attorney Rick returned to his home community, Pottstown, and founded RICK | LINN, LLC. Attorney Rick felt there was a need for not only a new family law attorney, but a new neighborhood law firm. Attorney Rick regularly appears before the local magisterial district courts as well as the Montgomery, Berks, and Chester County Courts of Common Pleas. Attorney Rick is also admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Attorney Rick is the Managing Partner of Rick Linn, LLC. He was recently awarded the recognition of Top 40 under 40 by the ALSA.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A brief initial telephone discussion followed by an in person consultation if necessary. An intake form is completed by the client. A representation agreement is signed by the client and our firm represents the client.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our firm uses a unique approach to pricing. We have 6 different price levels so we connect you with the attorney or attorneys at our firm who are most qualified to handle your specific matter at the pricing you can afford.
How did you get started in this business?
I started Rick Linn, LLC with one other partner almost five years ago after working at several other law firms over the years. We have now grown to a 10 attorney firm serving the needs of individuals in not just Montgomery County, but all of the surrounding counties as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Don't choose an attorney purely on price. Choose an attorney who you will work well with. Attorneys have to keep your best interest in mind and they work for you. A medium sized firm is a great choice since there are multiple options for personalities you may connect with best.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have your thoughts organized. Make sure you have means to pay for the services. While our firm accepts payment plans, it's important that the client is prepared because most firms generally only offer one free consultation on most matters and if that is wasted then no one benefits.
