What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free legal consultations over the phone and/or in our Pittsburgh office. We will listen to what the client has to say about his or her legal situation, and will then inform him of the possible penalties as well as possible defenses.
A flat fee will be quoted to the client which will cover the case in its entirety. The client will then be required to pay the fee or make a down payment in order for our lawyers to get started on the case.
