My business partner and I are both LCSW's with a combined 25+ years of practice. We both are passionate about supporting individuals in meeting their personal wellness, change, and recovery goals. We believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and it's ability to enhance the therapeutic process. We want to work with the person where they are at with individualized treatment.
We both have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are generalist practitioners but use mostly cbt and dbt strategies.
