AE Wellness, LLC is a private for profit agency whos mission is to care for the whole person. We believe in a holistic approach, meeting the needs of a diverse population, with culturally sensitive treatment techniques. As practitioners we believe in meeting the individuals where they are at in their life, using strength based methods to empower our clients to recover
My business partner and I are both LCSW's with a combined 25+ years of practice. We both are passionate about supporting individuals in meeting their personal wellness, change, and recovery goals. We believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and it's ability to enhance the therapeutic process. We want to work with the person where they are at with individualized treatment.
We both have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are generalist practitioners but use mostly cbt and dbt strategies.
They are very nice and understanding individuals that genuinely care about the well being of their clients. I have not felt uncomfortable or unimportant like I'm just another client. They have helped me immensely with my anxiety and have helped guide me through making difficult decisions in my life that I may not have had the confidence to do otherwise. I have had nothing but a positive experience and I am grateful for the service that they provide.
We will do a phone consult to see if we are a good fit for the individual. We will then send paperwork, gather insurance information as needed,a then set up an initial session.
Both of are LCSW's

It is typically 150 for an intake and 75 per individual session. However, we do offer sliding fee scales. This is individually determined.
We both became social workers and therapists due to a passion for helping and working with people.
Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families with a variety of abilities, mental health, and recovery needs.
Skill set and experience is very important but having the ability to build a strong therapeutic relationship is equally as important. We believe that you need to feel comfortable with your therapist and feel as if you can build a strong therapeutic relationship to support you in getting the benefit from therapy.
What they are looking for and what they need to see if one of us are a good therapeutic fit.
