My business partner and I are both LCSW's with a combined 25+ years of practice. We both are passionate about supporting individuals in meeting their personal wellness, change, and recovery goals. We believe in the strength of the therapeutic relationship and it's ability to enhance the therapeutic process. We want to work with the person where they are at with individualized treatment.
We both have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. We are generalist practitioners but use mostly cbt and dbt strategies.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do a phone consult to see if we are a good fit for the individual. We will then send paperwork, gather insurance information as needed,a then set up an initial session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both of are LCSW's
Alanna is a trained DBT therapist and Elisha is actively in training as a DBT therapist
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We are credentialed with Cigna, Most of the Blues ( Blue Cross, Blue Sheild), and HighMark.
It is typically 150 for an intake and 75 per individual session. However, we do offer sliding fee scales. This is individually determined.
How did you get started in this business?
We both became social workers and therapists due to a passion for helping and working with people.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families with a variety of abilities, mental health, and recovery needs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Skill set and experience is very important but having the ability to build a strong therapeutic relationship is equally as important. We believe that you need to feel comfortable with your therapist and feel as if you can build a strong therapeutic relationship to support you in getting the benefit from therapy.

What they are looking for and what they need to see if one of us are a good therapeutic fit.
