"We all have a story. Here's alittle of mine. Single Mother. No silver spoon. Worked hard to become someone I can be proud of and love. Born in the city and raised in the suburbs, I got the best of both worlds. Understanding the struggle but learning to appreciate it as a motivating factor to help other individuals, children and families who also struggle with stress, trauma, family conflict and so much more. Believe me I know what its like to struggle, to stress and to feel stuck/hopeless. And its my personal, professional and academic experience that gives me a well
rounded perspective as a marriage and family therapist. In fact, it was my faith in God, my family and advancement in education (Master of Science in MFT) that helped me to push through, grow and overcome obstacles. It's why I named my practice, FaithWorks because through my journey of doing the work, I discovered that it does! And so can you!
