What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take preliminary information via phone, schedule an in person appointment with a $100.00 consultation fee and at the conclusion of the consultation they are given an analysis of their case along with a quote for a retainer. If they think they want to pursue the matter wjth us; a written fee agreement is sent to them to consider. Once the written agreement is executed and returned with the retainer we begin to work on their case.
