The Law Office of John H. Kiefel principally engages in the practice of commercial, real estate, and construction law. For over twenty five years, Mr. Kiefel has provided legal services to project owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, design professionals, and surety companies. Mr. Kiefel has also served as a solicitor, and special counsel to governmental bodies and non-profit organizations. In addition, he handles serious head trauma cases.

The services provided include support in contract negotiations, early dispute resolution, collection of delinquent accounts, formation of corporations and partnerships, as well as representation in zoning matters, mediation, arbitration, and litigation, including advocacy in the appellate courts. Admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of Connecticut, Mr. Kiefel is also a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for Connecticut, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal and Third Circuits. Mr. Kiefel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Lebanon Valley College in 1985, and a Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center of the Louisiana State University in 1988.
