What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conduct initial conferences in person and, depending on the circumstances, by phone. I don't follow a script--I listen closely to the prospective client to get a handle on his/her needs, and all the legal issues involved. I like to educate prospective clients. It is important to me that at the end of the consultation the prospective client knows more than at the beginning.
