I have been practicing law for over 26 years. I began as a law clerk to the late Honorable Joseph M. Nardi in Camden. I spent 4.5 years in a general practice firm in Bordentown where I also acted as assistant municipal prosectutor in numerous municipalities including Bordentown Township, Lumberton, Mansfield, Burlington, Tabernacle, Beverly, Southampton and Palmyra. I then moved to another general practice firm and honed my criminal / municipal defense skills for 5.5 years where I served as assistant Public Defender in Mt. Holly, Eastampton, Maple Shade and Palmyra and in Salem County as a pool attorney. I started my own practice in 2008 in Maple Shade and in 2012 opened a second office in Cherry Hill. I intend to further cultivate my skills as an avid litigator and a throwback to the days when my grandfather practiced law when attorneys were held in much higher regard for their honesty, integrity and reliability than they are today.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to identify my client's expectations at the outset so I can determine if there is a reasonable likelihood they can be met. My clients appreciate the "straight talk" I give them if their expectations are unrealistic.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed in NJ and PA and the Federal District Courts of NJ. I am a former Superior Court Law Clerk for a Family Part Judge.
How did you get started in this business?
I am the 18th attorney in my family and there have been more to enter the practice since I did in 1996. I admired the way my uncle, a former Appellate Division Judge, would apply logic and even-handedness to resolve disputes in my youth. It inspired me to become a lawyer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure you feel comfortable with the person you hire and that they answer all of your questions and that they are reachable after you hire them.
