I have represented individuals in family law matters for over 30 years. I personally handle each matter, whether the matter be an initial support conference or an equitable distribution hearing. I am always available to my clients for issues which arise on a daily basis. I am available by telephone, cellular telephone and email. No issue is too small or too large to be discussed.
I enjoy helping individuals who would otherwise be left fend for themselves in the system which is not user-friendly. No matter what anyone tells you about the court system, the court system is not designed for litigants. Rather, the court system is designed for the court. It is sometimes impossible to navigate the many rivers and and tributaries which are required to be traveled.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with every client to determine why they need an attorney, if I am the right attorney for the client and the specific issues which we will be addressing as a team as we move forward.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do not necessarily think that any education or training I have helps me understand a client's needs and desires. Rather, I think that my work background, starting with retail establishments, including Sears & Roebuck, working in the construction field, etc., enable me to break down of client's emotional needs and desires.
