Michelle C. Berk, Esquire is an Elder Law, Estate planning, Estates Administration and Disabilities law attorney at the Law Offices of Michelle C. Berk, P.C. She received a B.A. in International Relations from the Maxwell School of Syracuse University in 1978 and her J.D. from Delaware Law School in 1981.

Michelle is Co-Chair of the Elder Law Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association and a former Director of the Bar Association, and continues to serve as Co-Author and Co-Editor of the Montgomery County Elder Law Handbook since its inception in 2001. She also authors and edits the Guide to Legal Issues for Pennsylvania Senior Citizens published by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, (NAELA) and member and presenter to the Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys, (PAELA), and National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, (NOSSCR) and a Fellow of the Montgomery Bar Foundation.

She is a frequent presenter and provider of continuing education to seniors and elder care organizations, Bar Associations, The Alzheimer’s Association, Mediation trainer, geriatric social workers and nursing home administrators and civic organizations. She is a member of the Board of the Aging and Adult Services Advisory Council, Elder Access to Justice Roundtable, and Visiting Nurse Association.
