I have the experience of an attorney that has worked with BIG law and doing large corporate deals, but I offer the personal attention of a boutique law firm. I am extremely responsive to me clients, as this has always been very important to me in providing my clients the best service. I have been practicing law since 1989 in a law firm in Philadephia, then with Comcast Corporation and now my own firm. I graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law (which is cosistently ranked as one of the top ten law shools) and I graduated in the top 10% of my class.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a 30 minute free phone consultation. I listen to the clients needs, ask questions and provide either an estimate if the matter requires that I work on an hourly basis, or a fixed fee. If the client agrees, I check for conflicts and the client and I sign an Engagement Letter, which sets forth what legal services I will provide and the cost. If the matter is a fixed fee, I require payment up front and if it is hourly, I request a retainer.
