What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free consultation so a potential customer can meet our team in person. At the initial consultation we review all available options, prepare a plan for success and discuss the fees necessary to accomplish the customer's goals!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has almost 100 years of combined expereince in the legal industry and our firm has been in busienss since 2008. Attorney Laputka has been licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania since 2003.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We try to offer as many of our legal services for a flat rate. Occasionally an hourly billing arrangement is required for a customer but we try to avoid hourly billing where we are able as most customers prefer to know exactly how much something will cost before they agree to hire an attorney.
How did you get started in this business?
In 2008, after working for other law firms and financial institutions, attorney Laputka decided he could better serve the members of his community if he opened his own firm. Out of this desire to help clients navigate legal issues the Laputka Law Office was born and has thrived by assisting thousands of Lehigh Valley residents!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We assist a very broad range of customers on a daily basis. From low income disabled clients to high net worth professionals and executives. We do not descriminate and believe that every client deserves respect and 110% effort every day.

Always do your research and make sure you hire a firm with positive online reviews. Also, make sure you hire a local firm with a fully staffed office so that you can make contact any time and get the answers you need quickly!
