Henry LeSueur graduated from Lewis and Clark Law School in 2011. He passed the Oregon State Bar the same year and began practice as a family law and criminal defense lawyer in Portland, Oregon. Since then he has represented clients in family law and criminal defense cases throughout Oregon. These areas of practice have resulted in years of trial experience and a strong understanding of the court systems in Multnomah, Washington and Clackamas Counties. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically meet with new clients for an initial consultation in my office in downtown Portland. We'll discuss the reason you need and attorney, your goals and concerns. In some cases, if a phone call is easier that will work also. We will discuss the work required for your case and how much it will cost. If you decide to retain us we will execute a fee agreement and have you fill out an intake form. Scheduling is as easy as calling us or sending an email or text message.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have seven years experience in Family Law and Criminal Defense.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
A retainer is required for each Family Law case based on the scope of representation. Criminal Defense representation is typically offered at a flat fee.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently won two not guilty verdicts on two misdemeanor charges from a jury in Multnomah County.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for an attorney who was positive reviews from prior clients. That is usually a good indication that you will be satisfied with your lawyer at the end of your case.
