Specialization in S.A.F.E. (Somatic and Attachment Focused) EMDR. ( Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy as well as Lifespan Integration Therapy. The therapist also provides Sand-tray and Play therapy for children and teens.
I love working with people to achieve their best life utilizing therapy models that work! I provide a safe place where clients are able to openly feel, be accepted and wholely supported is an honor I feel grateful to be part of. I enjoy watching as they process the parts of their life that are impeding their relationships with themselves and those they love. I am excited to utilize "right-brained" therapies that enable clients to process with mind, body, and spirit. I feel privileged to support clients as they process pain, wounds, grief, unresolved feelings and re-discover their authentic selves and unique strengths.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Therapy begins with establishing what goals a client wished to achieve and continues with collaboration between the client and therapist on treatment plans to achieve those goals.
Next steps depend on what the treatment plan is. It may consist of different treatment interventions including S.A.F.E. EMDR, Lifespan Integration, Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Sand-tray therapy.
The final process is a reinforcement of goals achieved and resolution of the new road ahead for the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master of Arts in Counseling, and specialized training in Lifespan Integration Therapy, S.A.F.E. EMDR therapy and experience utilizing Sand-tray and Play therapy models for children.
