What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are happy to consult with new clients about their project to make sure they are comfortable with our suggestions for services. We provide an engagement letter that further explains our processes and procedures. Once enaged, we will be available to our clients at all times as and when needed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
JD from University of Notre Dame Law School in 1995. I spent four years with mid-sized law firm in Chicago and four years with a large international law firm in London before settling in Portland, Oregon
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Billing is generally on an hourly basis. Rates vary. If their is an opportunity to charge a flat rate on a project, we will consider it.
How did you get started in this business?
My vision has always been to deliver superior cusomer service while maintaining high levels of sophistication and strategy in our approach. I find that clients appreciate my attention on their needs.

All of my clients are businesses and business owners or operators.
