For massage therapy clients- I have been in injury recovery and sports performance for 10 years. Many of my clients are Chiropcators, Physical therapists and body builders. I can usualy find sotutions to pain where others can not.
I found both Massage and Hypnosis through using them for myself. Both have changed my life in ways I couldn't imagine and I decied to get a formal educaiton in both to give what I received back to the world around me. I never looked back and love every moment of what I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) A phone screening covering your needs and expectaions as well as mine

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 practicing years in the field of Massage Therapy. My first year I managed two high end spas however I found my love was in the more technical work of injury recovery. I have spent the last 10 years continuing my massage education to include modalities such as Myofascial release, Trigger Point work, structural integration/neuromuscular and prenatal massage as well as many many others.
I taught myself Hypnosis to overcome my own G.I. issues, dyslexia, ADHD, depression and quitting smoking. Hypnosis has been a constant in my life and in November of 2020 I graduated as a Certified Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists.

Massage-
Massage is a flat rate of $100/ hour I book in 2 hour increments for the frist session to ensure we have enough time to get to know eachother and get you on the right path to healing.
Hypnosis-
free 15 minute consultaion. The average Hypnosis session range from $80 for small quick issues up to $300 for issues that take 2 or more sessions.
Hypnosis and massage therapy CAN NOT AND WILL NOT be mixed
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
You get what you pay for. Therapists that seem like a "good deal" because they are $65 for a massage, may be a good deal for the money but you often pay for a lack of continuing education. While all therapists in Oregon must submit 25 hours of continuing education every two years, many skate by on the bare minimum, taking easy repeat classes just to get the hours done. I have hundreds of hours over my requirements in continuing education and teaching- always in the newest most advanced techniques available
