What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is to send a quick video that explains how our service works, and then answer any questions the new client may have about how to use the services. I will then go over the new member packet, and encourage them to call the law firm right away to get their file started so their issue can be handled quickly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in direct sales and have been trained and certified in Small Business, Group Benefits, CDLP (Commercial Drivers Legal Plans) and family and individual products. Our attorneys have over 19 years of combined experience in dealing with all areas of law so when the member calls, any legal issue can be handled in a timely manner.
