What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone visit is helpful, meeting at our office or other location, reaching an agreement on a level of representation or assistance in the matter and beginning work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both attorneys at WAGNER & GORES are graduates from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Attorneys are admitted to practice in all Oklahoma State courts, the United States District Courts for the Western, Eastern and Northern districts of Oklahoma, the 10th Circuit Court of appeals in Denver Colorado and the United States Supreme court.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We can often offer the client an option of eitehr a Flat fee or paying by the hour. We can also offer document preparation or limited scope representation at very competative rates and without the payment of a retainer.
How did you get started in this business?
Robert Wagner went back to college in 1992 after owning a retail photo supply business and working in the photo industry for over 10 years; Started in law as a licensed legal intern at the Oklahoma City office of a large multi-office firm and opened this firm with my late-wife in July 1997.

Meet with any attorney you are thinking of hiring and ask them why they care about you or your matter.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they committed to considering all options available to them and making a decision on how they want to proceed?
