What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our firm offers a free 30 mintue consultation. This is how the process begins. At the consultation, your case will be evaluated and we will consider the appropriate steps that should be taken next.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tamra Albritton has handled several family law matters including guardianships, divorces, same-sex divorces and custody cases, child support issues, custody modifications, etc.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My services are typically billed at an hourly rate. A retainer is typically required, but our firm will work out payment plans in some situations.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would advise potential clients to find an attorney that you immediately feel comfortable speaking with. Your attorney will likely be dealing with a matter extremely important to your everyday life. You want to feel like you can open up to that person and feel comfortable with them immediately. As they say, first impressions are everything.
