I am a Christian Lawyer. I have been a lawyer for more than 25 years and I am also an Associate Pastor at a local Methodist Church. My passion is helping people that are experiencing difficulties in life. I help people that are dealing legal issues, which can be extremely stressful.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen to the customer first. I ask questions to clarify. I develop a strategic plan to accomplish the client's goals. I communicate the plan to the client. I answer their questions. They decide if they want to move forward with me as their attorney.

I have a Juris Doctorate Degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky.
I have a Doctor of Ministry Degree from United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.
I have a B.A. Degree in Economics from the University of Alaska, Anchorage.

My standard pricing system is to offer a Flat Fee Agreement with a monthly payment plan. This helps my clients to control their legal expenses.
