I am warm and friendly, but will team with you toward your healing goals. My clients would tell you that I will help you understand your patterns and past, AND give you practical tools to move you toward your goals.
It is indeed and honor to walk alongside people during their difficult times. I never take for granted the sacred trust of people sharing with me their wounds, anxieties, disappointments and fears.
I love helping people see the patterns and happenings in their lives that brought them to this place and help them gain a belief that it CAN be better and that healing can happen.

Of course, the most important thing is to get to know the new client and to begin to establish trust. This begins by truly listening and being welcoming.
I always want a new client to leave my office after a first time visit with hope for healing AND at least one practical tool to lessen their pain.
