What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main thing is to listen to their complaint or narrative. A lawyer can learn a lot about the case by listening to the client tell his/her story in his/her own words.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My law school training is primary. After that I have service in the U.S. Army that I find very helpful. In addition I have served on various boards and have developed a skill for advancing and/or supporting items on the board's agenda that I believe are important.
