Our typical process starts with a free initial consultation, an agreement of the fee structure to create the attorney client relationship and then immediately we work on the case. We always communicate with our clients and involve our clients in the strategy of their case. We want to aggressively represent each client to obtain the best possible result. After representation is over we remain available to answer questions to resolve any potential problems before they arise.
