What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer one hour free consultation, in person or by telephone, to gather the facts and determine the viability of a potential case.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
B.A. equivalent from University of Uppsala, Sweden. M.A. in journalism, University of Missouri-Columbia, J.D. Pace University School of Law (Now Elisabeth Haub School of Law). Extensive experience from appellate work in New York State courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals as well as original cases in New York Supreme Court and the Southern and Eastern District of New York. Also procedural matters such as real estate closings and contracts.

$295 per hour, in certain cases a combination of hourly and contingency fee.
