What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have my initial meeting with clients over the phone. After a brief conversation and intake, depending on the matter at hand. It is then decided if an in-person meeting is necessary or if the process can take place over the phone and online.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BA in Political Science from North Carolina Central University.
28 years of paralegal experience including but not limited to 18b Vouchers (Criminal & Family Court), Criminal, Family, Immigration, Litigation, Matrimonial, Real Estate, Trial Calendar, Trusts and Estates and Real Estate.
How did you get started in this business?
After 20+ years working directly with law firms, I found myself the victim of the corporate ax. It was at this time, I decided to put my legal network to use and start my own company providing experienced legal professionals to law firms and consumers.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Attorneys, Business Owners and Consumers.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research and have all of your documentation and pertinent information with you when you're discussing the matter you need assistance with.
