Awakened From Within Empowerment Coaching

After suffering many tramatic events in my lifetime, I was lost, hopeless and had given up on life. On my own quest for healing and restoration I was introduced to my career in counseling. My approach combines spiritual, humanistic therapy, coginitive behavioral therapy, neurolingistic programing and rational emotive educational training to help you live your best life. I am skilled in areas of stess/anxiety managment, self-esteem issues, family conflicts and trauma/abuse. Based on your unique situation and desired outcomes I will create a plan and give you the tools to successfully navigate through any of the blockages that are keeping you from reaching your highest self. Some of the tools you can expect to gain from my counseling program are: overcoming your weaknesness and capitalizing on your strengths, changing your perspective, eliminating negative beliefs and improving your thinking, developing better habits and help with goal clarification.

My career allows me to experience the beauty of life and live true happiness as we are all called to inspire one another in different ways. Having a place in helping someone acheive their goals and reach their highest potiential is the most gratifying experience anyone can have. I get to see the beauty of humanity in its truest form. There is no other job that can deliver such a feeling.
