What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with any new client on the phone for a few minutes so we can understand what the client needs help with. We then offer a free consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been practicing Elder Law for 9+ years. We focus on Medicaid Planning, Trusts, Estates, Probate, Power of Attorneys and Guardianships.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have a flat fee for planning documents. Court related matters are billed a $450/hour.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Choose and attorney who is willing to spend the time to make sure you understand the process.
