What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are encouraged to call me personally at 973-352-7798 to discuss their DWI and/or traffic tickets. I will explain to the client what they are charged with, what penalties they are exposed to and how I can assist them to mitigate the situation. My first goal is to develop a legal defense to the tickets. If the legal defense is not strong, I will develop a plea bargaining(negotiate with the prosecutor)strategy to minimize license suspension, lessen fines and avoid jail. I will help you achieve the best possible outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have represented clients charged with DWI & traffic tickets for 30 years in the different Municipal Courts in Northern New Jersey. I am very familiar with the law and how the system works. I use this knowledge to help my clients achieve the best outcome possible.

I charge a flat fee for representing those charged with DWI & traffic tickets.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating law school, I wanted to help those charged with DWI & traffic tickets. The ramnifications are serious. They are facing a period of license suspension, significant fines, possible jail and getting points on their license. Further, their automobile insurance annual premium is subject to increasing upon them.
