I Love that I can get excellent results for my clients. We are able to save people's homes, eliminate large amount of tax debt, general unsecured debt. Overall get our clients a fresh start in Bankruptcy. We can help our clients dealing with pressure from the IRS or New York State Department of Revenue. This year we had a successful Offer in Compromise with the IRS. We settled with them for a $1000.00 on $38,000.00 of Tax Debt.
We will ensure the estate is properly administered in probate or surrogate court in New York. We will work hard with the executor of the estate to ensure their loved one's estate is properly administered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
See how much experience they have. Price says a lot. If you get a lawyer willing to do this work cheaply...it means they don't know what they are doing. You will pay dearly in other ways. Find a true proffessional in the area of bankruptcy, tax and estate administration. Someone with lots of experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask the attorney about their experiences in these matters.
It isn't so much questions the client should act but be honest and tell your story. Let the attorney know what is going on and answer the attorneys questions honestly.
Don't lie. It doesn't work. You will get caught. Tell the truth to your attorney. They are there to help you.
