This title is earned through education and testing and held by less than 50 in the world. Our appraisals are excepted in all courts, by the IRS, banks and insurance companies. “At the Jewelry Judge, we do not buy or sell jewelry. We appraise it!”

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Traveling to client's homes or offices or clients travel to our office. In-office is the most convenient and economical for our clients. All preliminary work, including descriptions and photos of Jewelry is done in front of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
54 years of industry grown, including wholesale, retail and, for the past 34 years, just appraising. I am a Graduate Gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GG), an Accredited Senior Appraiser with the American Society of Appraisers, and recertify as Master Gemologist Appraiser (MGA) every 5 years, and a Certified Senior Appraiser with the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers (CSA).

All work completed in my office at a rate of $275/hour. Work done at clients site: $325/hour.
