In the area of Real Estate Transactions I represent both Buyers and Sellers of Residential and Commercial Properties, Lending Institutions and Title Companies. Many of my clients are Real Estate investors. My office is adept at handling unusual aquisition scenarios including tax deed redemption, tax deed foreclosures and non performing note purchases. I also handle the Purchase or Sale businesses, Short Sale Payoff transactions, Commercial leasing, and the purchase of bank owned properties or "REO's". My office also handles Real Estate/Title litigation, loan workouts, and foreclosure defense matters.
We represent Residential and Commercial Landlord and Tenants in non payment and/or holdover proceedings.
My goal is to provide an high level of service to clients at an affordable price in a congienial atmosphere. I am able to do this by utilizing the latest technology so that I am able to connect with clients and their files whether I am in court, on the road, at a closing or at home.
My Garden City office is located near Roosevelt Field Mall right off the Meadowbrook Parkway and offers plenty of free parking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free telephone or in office consulation. After consultation if a potential client wishes to retain our srvices a formal retainer is entered into that spells out the matter for which we are being retained.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been practicing law since 1990 and concentrate my practice in Real Estate, Landlord Tenant, Civil Litigation and Probate, Wills and Trusts
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We offer flat fee, contingency fee and blended retainers based on the type of matter. We accept both checks and credit cards.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do not always shop based on price. get recommendation from freinds and family for an attorney who has handled simliar matters. speak with attorney and make sure they are:
1. knowledgeable in the area of practice your matter pertains to;
2. has aplan of action and spells it out for you;
3. Is available to speak to you on a regular basis regarding your matter.
4. Clarify who will be working on your file. ie: the highly experienced attorney you are hiring or a leess experienced attorney or a paralegal.
