What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know the client. First I want obvious, basic information, such as name, address, and telepone number. Then I want to know how I can help the client. I want to know what his/her problem is. Has process been served? Is there an action pending somewhere? If not, should I start an action?
Next, I want the client to know that what I am suggesting is the best solution. I want him/her to know that I know what I am doing, that my advice is correct, and that I can achieve her/his goal.
Finally, I want to know all the details.
