My fee, which is comparable in the industry and location is $400-450/hr; initial retainers are $7500-10,000;
However we have associates who may charge less and we evaluate every case based on the difficulty of the case and area of law which may demand much less or much more in hourly rate or retainer.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in business since 2006 out of law school. I also was in the restaurant industry since 1998, which gives me a different propsective when helping client in business matters and litigation.

We have won several appellate matters in the Second Department where the trial court's decision against our clients have been reversed and decisions in favor of clients have been affirmed
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
do not look for cheaper rates or the attorney who tells you what you want to hear. I would only hire an attorney who tells me what my worse day in court is going to look like.
