What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All initial consultations are 100% free of charge, during which we take the time to listen. This is to be certain we gather all relevant details and, moreover, to make sure that the client's goal are fully learned. We then review what options are available, and what we suggest, but at the end of the day proceed with how the client directs. We then detail the process so that the client is fully informed as what steps must be taken, the typical timeline and the court fees involved, if any.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Juris Doctorate degree in the field of law from St. John's University School of Law.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Some services are provided at a flat fee rate, but others are hourly or at a contingency rate. Our typicaly hourly rate is between $215 and $255, although it depends upon the circumstances.
