About
Our law office is focused on helping people, plain and simple. All of our initial consultations are free. We care much more about ensuring that clients, and potential clients, are being properly taken care of than taking your money. Our philopshy is always people over profits.
I enjoy helping people, and getting to know them. I understand that legal issues often seem like trying to interpret a foreign language, and I pride myself on being able to communite complex legal issues into simple, easy to understand terms, and ensuring that the best interests of my clinets are always the top priority.
I am most passionate about helping the everyday working person, especially when the big guy on the block is trying to bully them.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I will discuss in detail the client's needs. The initial consultation is always free and serves as an opportunity for us to get to know each other. Following the initial consultation I will create a blueprint for how I can best help the client achieve their goals, including timeframe and budget. If the client feels comfortable with the plan then I will begin working on the projects.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I revieved my Juris Doctorate from St. John's University School of Law.
I recieved a bachelors degree in economics from Binghamton University.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
All pricing is situation specific. The factors I include are the complexity of the work to be provided, the amount of time I anticipate it will take and the financial position of the client.
I never thought a one price fits all model was appropriate for legal services when the needs and positions are every client are unique.
How did you get started in this business?
After graduating from law school I worked for a mid-sized commercial litigation firm in Brooklyn, gaining extensive experiece in the courts.
Several years later I left and opened my own private practice. My goal is to provide honest, straightforward legal services for my clients, with fair and transparent pricing. I believe high quality legal services should be available to all people, without having to break the bank.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with customers ranging from 8 figure property development firms, multi-million dollar digital marketing agencies, blue collar families (like the one that raised me), and low income families in need of help.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Any time I'm able to someone in need.
Most recently I helped a client aftet her husband passed away. Her brother-in-law tried to steal her inheritance and put her out on the street. Being unreasonable and greedy, the brother-in-law forced us to litigate for two very stressful years during the pandemic. Not only did we win the lawsuit but the brother-in-law had to pay al of my clients legal fees.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Any attorney that is going to accept your hard earned money should be able to answer questions clearly and honeslty.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Clients should gather as much detail, information and documentation as they can before speaking with an attorney. The more details we have, the better we can answer your questions, offer advice, and give clear guidance on what to expect.
Particularly when it comes to legal disputes, determining who wins often turns on minute detail (the law can be fickle that way). More informaiton is always better.
