Richard Samuel Ortiz, a Juris doctor of the first order, received his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School, where he received honors in American Jurisprudence, honors in Environmental Law and Technology, and honors in Future Interests, and was an Associate of the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Also, a proponent for life long education, Mr. Ortiz received his masters of law (LL.M.) in financial Services law from New York Law School.
