What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our initial meeting, we will get to know one another and the details of your case. I will explain the process of a typical case, including what to expect at every stage of the matter, and answer your questions. I never rush my clients, and want them to be happy with the choice that they have made.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I typically charge a flat pre-trial fee for DWI, felony and misdemeanor cases. This means you will not be paying for every single phone call, message, court appearance, etc.
How did you get started in this business?
I opened Breslin Law Group, PLLC in 2015 after working for other firms, including a local 10 attorney firm, and a large national firm. I enjoy the much more personal approach to cases I can give in my own practice, and am able to give my clients all the time necessary, usually without the uncomfortable backdrop of "billable hours."
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients of all ages, races, backgrounds, and beliefs. I am proud of the fact that I never judge anyone - my job is to be YOUR ADVOCATE and to protect your rights.
