Leonard's academic journey began at Brandeis University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with honors, followed by his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. Starting his career in insurance defense, Leonard transitioned to advocating for injured individuals, a mission that drives his work to this day.
In addition to his professional achievements, Leonard is a respected leader in the Southern Nevada community. He has held prominent positions with Jewish Nevada, the Jewish Community Center of Southern Nevada, and the Hebrew Free Loan Committee, which provides interest-free loans to those in need. His efforts have been recognized with honors such as the Vegas Dozen Award from the Nevada Cancer Institute.
Leonard resides in Las Vegas with his wife, Judith, their two children, Jonah and Ilana, and their beloved pets. Outside of his professional and community work, Leonard enjoys skiing, traveling, and cultivating strong friendships.
