Our Law Firm is always looking for a better way to do things, which includes thinking outside the box while we continue to pursue each matter in the best interests of our clients. WE LOVE WHAT WE DO. In fact, we went to law school to learn how to help Business Owners, Contractors, Engineers, Architects, and Material Suppliers have a better chance of succeeding in their businesses by getting paid and staying out of trouble.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide our clients with an intake questionnaire prior to meeting with them. Once we receive our discounted initial consultation fee and the questionnaire, we sit down with our potential client to discuss the specific facts surrounding that individual's legal issue. We then discuss what options are available to resolve the legal issue. If, at the end of the meeting, the individual decides that they would be more comfortable having our firm take on and handle their legal issue, we gladly do so.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I am a former civil engineer, turned lawyer, almost any issue relating to the construction and real estate industry is a good fit for our office. Also, I am a business owner and understand what business owners go through in trying to set up and maintain a profitable business. It is not easy, but it is incredibly rewarding....
