How did you get started in this business?
At some point in everyone's life, he or she must ask themself what is their purpose in life. What did God create him or her to do? I used to represent insurance companies and large businesses. However, I do not represent insurance companies and big businesses any more. I represent normal people like you and your family who have had the misfortune that they were injured by someone who was careless and negligent.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My clients are normal men and women and their families who have been severely injured by a negligent and careless person or business.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
After two years of intense litigation, I settled a case that will provide finacial security for my client for the rest of his life. At first, the negligent defendant denied responsibility. THat caused my client a great deal of anxiety and stress becasue his life had been drastically altered and his future was at risk. Hard work and persistence were required. By doing the hard work required, I was able to get peace of mind for my client and his family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The attorney that you hire for your personal injury case is one of the most important decisions that you will make about your case. The insurance companies know the track record of your attorney. Interview a number of attorneys so that you can select the best attorney for your case. Only hire an attorney who is a trial attorney with a proven track record of successful trials. Only hire an attorney who is willing to talk to you on the phone and answer all of your questions and address all of your concerns. Do not hire an attorney who does not return your calls or who will not talk to you on the phone.
