What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1--a phone interview is conducted to qualify the client and evaluate the case.
2--a face to face meeting will occur shortly thereafter and a more complete case evaluation will be provided.
3-- a determination is made as to the retainer terms. Whether the matter requires an attorney fee payment to be made based on an hourly rate or is entered into on a contingency fee basis.
