About
I am very talented, including teaching other lawyers, in municipal court practice and the basics of DWI, Traffic and simple possession cases. The more complex cases are where I shine, as I am able to grasp the minutiae and dissect a case professionally and methodically to find the best results.
My experiences in debt collection law have yielded me an ability to practice for consumers and to see what issues may exist or remain regarding cases. I can also assist other lawyers who are trying to create systemic models of how to manage their collection caseloads. Finally, I am well versed in the federal regulations on and against debt collectors, so I know how to avoid them, or exploit them for a client.
I practiced with my father for 15 years, and he did each of these types of practice for over 45 years. I don't take every case, and I am particularly honest about the merits of every circumstance I face. If that type of attorney isn't what you want, you shouldn't consider me.
I protect, defend and give every deference to members of the military (active duty or retired, and especially disabled), police, fire, first responders and seniors. If you are in one of those categories, please let me know when you contact me. I look forward to being of assistance.
