What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients contact us via telephone or email. Typically, we have one intake consultation where we establish: (a) that we can represent the new client (no conflicts) and (b) that we are the right lawyers for your issue. If the client and our managing attorney agree its a great fit, we discuss fees and costs. If the client is not a great fit, we do all we can to provide an expert referral. Most of our clients refer family and friends to us - and honor which is appreciated!
