Working with clients to create procedures that results in asset preservation while creating a reduction in their existing probate expense. This is the most satisfying part of my practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An office consultation to review and discuss the present status of your estate planning. Thereafter a discussion as to available options that you are may be comfortable with. Resulting in a determination of the appropriate documentation of estate planning that works for you, thereafter a discussion of my fees.

My pricing, exclusive of my first office consultation fee is to provide you with the appropriate documents for a specific flat fee which is determined at the first consultation.
How did you get started in this business?
After being a trial attorney for approximately twenty years, I became interested in estate planning because of the saving it provided my clients. I was mentored by a retired IRS agent who exclusivily worked on estates and trusts for seven years.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Explore as many estate planners as you are comfortable with and choose the planner that you believe honestly has your best interest and intentions in mind and a reasonable fee.
