What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first speak to the new client to get all the necessary information I order to determine the best approach to their particular case. I answer as many questions as the new client has without putting a time limit on the initial consultation. After I discuss the case with the clients I explain plain English what if any legal resources are available for the new client's particular situation. I also discuss retaining fees.

My initial consultation with the client takes place via telephone. I first call the client to learn more about the case and about the client’s specific and particular needs. During the initial consultation I offer a thorough assessment of the specific matter and discuss my attorney’s fees with the client. I speak Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
